And sometimes corners are not always 90° the mud builds it out shrinking it to like 89° so when you cope your corners you’ll leave one corner square cut then you’ll take the profile of your baseboard trim out the back and put that in you’ll get a nice tighter fit

In case anyone else doesn’t know what miter an edge means - to cut two pieces of material (like tile or stone) at a 45° angle so that when they are joined together, they form a perfect 90° corner.

I have baseboard that have a gap between it and the floor I guess because the wood floors eventually warping. Should I remove the baseboards and replace them or is there a filler to use? If I have to remove them what’s the easiest ways to do that? Thanks for all your videos!
