Similar to my own situation - ACL + MCL reconstruction followed by another tear almost immediately after return to sport. ACL revision + LET procedure as a result. I’d encourage you to do a lot of research on the return to sport guidelines for athletes outside of the elite pathway. 12 months is what I would consider minimum! Please feel free to reach out if either of you have questions for someone that has been through the same thing ☺️

Similar to my meniscus journey - tore playing sport and had a repair, then re-tore again 7 months later during rehab! Had a second surgery to go back in and remove the damaged part but I’m now cleared for sport and knee so much stronger than it was before! You got this Carrington 🥰

as a 15 year old who is about to have her third surgery (2nd reconstruction) in 1.5 years (been out for 17 months), she can do this she is SO strong and she seems so positive overall and that will get her so far! i will be praying for her and hoping this next surgery works!
