I used this trick today that I heard of and it helped my nerves.. if you have a virtual interview, hold a warm drink in your hands, it calms you down and makes you feel more confident. GOOD LUCK ALL!

These are great! You should look up Amy Cuddy’s Ted Talk on power poses. Sounds and feels corny at first but doing a power pose can give you an instant confident boost and they’ve studied how doing them can help before job interviews!
