I'm sorry but Clear The Noise by Leona Vale should be mandatory reading for anyone with a racing mind. the guided journal that comes with it changed my entire daily routine

I don’t feel this method is practical because it focuses on trying to solve an ongoing problem rather than transcending it, we will always have negative thoughts, and this method simply asks to focus on them for a lifetime

Yes! I was able to minimize my anxious thought time to all but the most pressing by this kind of approach! This was the missing exercise for me! The practice of repeatedly shifting my negative thoughts to a reframe l have previously worked through is what makes neuro-plasticity work! This physically changes the neural pathways creating a strong offramp from negative to positive. If l can’t embrace a positive take it means l need to do more reflecting to come to terms. It took about 3 months initially and then it was a habit. But l do slip sometimes when encountering new level challenges and then l have to reinvigorate the process

Yes I have indeed, for years I was taking "medication" and always felt "paranoid" and not safe , after a while I got used danger per se , and now anything barely surprises me anymore by the way I adore 🥰 your videos, the other time we scheduled a meeting but I got shy back then 😅

Oh that’s what it’s called!? Interesting I’ve been doing this since I know myself but I don’t always necessarily balance it with a positive thought but just nit believing everything your brain regurgitates

It works to some point. When life keeps smashing on on the wall, despite all your best efforts, you reach the threshold when nothing works anymore.

I see an analog in safe driving practices which involve space management and awareness. . which gives you more flexibility to navigate while driving. Things that might be an emergency if you're too boxed in - can often be easily avoided.

I’ve realized it’s not actually negative thoughts I’m having but general negative feelings and often don’t realize I’m feeling it because there’s no words. Not sure what sort of immediate solutions there’d be for that
