I got a new supervisor who actually gave me freedom and didnt want to check all my work like I was an idiot.. I am now excelling at my job and I even got a promotion with an almost $20000 pay increase! freedom is what is necessary to become a better employee. if you dont trust yourself and rely heavily on management then you will never push yourself to do things you arent confident in. confidence is built on independence
