We get vacation days, sick days, appt days, and WFH days. We can get up and leave whenever we want and go walk outside for however long we want, we don't have a set time limit for lunch, if you want to run out for 30.mins and come back & take an hour lunch, you can. We don't clock in or out, and we share snacks amongst each other that get set on the kitchen table for everyone, our kitchen pantry is stocked full of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, we have a very fancy espresso machine too...😁😁😁
