Everyone saying they agree, but you're not seeing the whole picture. This man is paying for a vacation not just for the employees but also for their family offering vacation days on top of the teambuilding exercise which is why he's spending 30,000 per employee so instead of giving them their paid vacation days, he's gonna give them a $500 bonus. Yes some people have exceptions like not wanting to fly or go on boats which any company would gladly accept, but the reality of this story. is that people just wanna try and get more money out of them? I guarantee if they're spending a 30,000 budget that person is not making minimum wage.
