As a singer myself, your voice doesn't sound as flawless everyday. Sometimes tour throat is sore or your really tired or whatever and it affects your singing voice. Also not being warmed up has a big impact.

She was probably tired or overworked here. But still , I think singers shouldn't vape or smoke , it can ruin your voice and make your already tired voice sound even worse especially if you usually sing high notes.
