I have a question about changing toothbrushes. I believe you recommended to change them every two months for people who have trouble with cavities/gingivitis etc. Since the mouthwatcher toothbrushes are quite expensive though, is there a way to be able to use them longer? Boiling them in water for example?

I was doing the system bad, because after brushing my teeth I washed my mouth with water. Now I'm trying not to forget that I mustn't wash my mouth, and use Listerine and then the fluoride rinse. I have been doing the wrong things for months.
