The law needs to sort this out properly if the law is true as we expect it to be, the bank didn't do it's due diligence so it's neglect from the side, the dealer should have ensured the vehicle was proper, the COR licensing office should be held accountable for not recognising it's a clone and if it wasn't a clone at the time of licensing, then the dealer must be held accountable, unless it's proven the driver cloned the original vehicle, interrogate the driver first, on conjunction with the dealer and saleman

as much as we don't want to accept it, we are contractually obligated to continue paying. what must change is that with these findings it must be suspended. banks will think it's a scam so police must provide docs and proof vehicle is with them. ombudsman must really step in on this matter and law must change.
