now that you think of it, I've been avoiding pork for 15-16 years but then I read a verse that according to Jesus every food is clean because what we eat goes to the stomach not to our hearts (Mark 7:19). so, I started eating pork pero in moderation for health reason (dahil matanda na ako 😁) but yeah, after believing in that verse, I was blessed to find the church I'm now a part of which I've been struggling to find after my first awakening which was 16 years ago.

Pork is not food. God never declared it as food in Leviticus. So the passage in Mark 7 that says every food is acceptable to eat, it doesnt include pork as it wasnt declared as food in the first place. Bromata was the word used in the bible and it simply means food. It never meant as flesh/meat.
