no you take the personal initiative to go on the insurance company website and look up primary Care doctors, specialist, and pharmacies that are in network

Lol easiest way to do it all is call your insurance directly to see where you can go that's in network, if you have copays, and then if you need any referrals to see a specialty doctor, if you know in advance that they are going to ask for certain tests or labs, also ask your insurance where they cover that is in network, ask what pharmacies they cover, and when your doctor says we're going to prescribe you (Insert name here) call your insurance to ask if they cover that brand name medication or if a generic version of that medication that is covered (like they won't cover "Tylenol" but will cover "acetomenaphen" or they won't cover "Pepto Bismol" but will cover "immodium"), but it's allbasically making you jump through hoops.
