I freeeking love the soup!!!!!!my first time making it 🤤 I bought the sesame rice balls from local Asain market but I want to make it :) I learned how to make mochi, bao and boba all from scratch so I’m sure I can make the rice ball ☺️I think I’m going to make it again for dinner and make the balls! Is there a way to store the balls? I know when they get cold they aren’t chewy but if i warm them up in the soup after storing it all will it come back to the same texture? Same as the soup, when it got cold it thinned out will it thicken again when put back on the stove? Either way it’s very easy to make so I can make single serv portions but I’d love to be able to meal prep it 🖤 it’s a soup but I def feel like it’s a pudding dessert :) oh and my sesame paste isn’t as strong flavor as the store bought sesame rice balls! I love the strong flavor, how do I get that? I made my paste by toasting the seeds, pureed them and the I added the rock sugar but I also grinder that down before adding, added a canola oil and I also added a little sesame oil to make it more flavored. It is so yummy but I’d love to get it more intense like the store bought sesame rice ball filling is :)
