Pumpkin Spice Cinnamon Rolls 🍂🎃 Dough * 120g (½ cup) pumpkin purée * 180ml (¾ cup) warm milk * 7g (2¼ tsp) dry yeast * 50g (¼ cup) brown sugar * 1 egg * 60g (¼ cup) melted butter * 1 tsp vanilla * 500g (4 cups) flour * 1 tsp salt * 1½ tsp pumpkin spice * ¼ tsp cinnamon Dry Filling * 160g (¾ cup + 2 tbsp) brown sugar * 2½ tsp pumpkin spice * 1 tsp cinnamon * 1 tbsp flour * Pinch of salt * 60g (¼ cup) softened butter Frosting * 150g (⅔ cup) cream cheese * 60g (¼ cup) butter * 100g (¾ cup + 1 tbsp) powdered sugar * 1 tsp vanilla * 1–2 tbsp milk/cream * Pinch of salt Instructions 1. Mix the warm milk, yeast and 1 tsp of the brown sugar. Let sit for 5–10 minutes. 2. Add pumpkin purée, remaining sugar, egg, melted butter and vanilla. Mix well. 3. Add flour, salt, pumpkin spice and cinnamon. Knead for 8–10 minutes, until soft and elastic. 4. Cover and let rise for 1–1½ hours, or until doubled in size. 5. Mix the brown sugar, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, flour and salt for the dry filling. 6. Roll the dough into a large rectangle. Spread with the softened butter, then evenly sprinkle over the dry sugar mixture. 7. Roll tightly from the long side and cut into rolls. 8. Place in a greased baking dish and let rise again for 30–45 minutes. 9. Bake at 175°C / 350°F for about 22–28 minutes, until lightly golden but still soft in the center. 10. Beat all frosting ingredients until smooth and spread over the warm cinnamon rolls. Extra gooey trick: Pour 60–80 ml (¼–⅓ cup) warm heavy cream over the rolls right before baking. This makes them super soft and gooey inside. Enjoy 🧡 #cinnamonrolls #pumpkin #Recipe #fallbaking #baking
