@rsarczcsafa: ANTI-INFLAMMATORY CUCUMBER AND GINGER SHOT Ingredients (for 2-3 small shots) • 1 medium orange • 1 small lemon • 2-3 cm of fresh ginger root • 1-2 cm of fresh turmeric root or 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder • 1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper • Optional: 1 teaspoon of honey (to soften the taste) Preparation 1. Wash the orange and lemon very well to remove residue and wax. 2. Cut the orange, lemon, ginger, and turmeric into small pieces to make blending easier. 3. Blend all the ingredients together until you get a smooth liquid. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of water (1-2 tablespoons) to help it blend. 4. Add the black pepper and, if you like, the honey. Mix well. 5. Strain optionally if you prefer a shot that's more liquid and pulp-free. 6.
