@lynnlouisewonders: This is not a neck brace. This is a device that corrects next posture. I only wear it for a few minutes before I get on my devices and after I get off my devices to remind the muscles in my neck and shoulders, the correct posture to keep my neck, healthy. This comes after an event in 2020/2021 when I was on my device all day every day to the point, I had severe injury to my neck and was out of work for three months because I had to go to the emergency room, see an orthopedic doctor and have physical therapy on a weekly basis.
