@thestationbakery: Here’s my solution 👇🏽 The biggest fear most bakers have selling baked goods at farmers markets is how to keep your cakes from melting, especially if you live in a hot and humid environment like me! 🤠 I knew I needed a solution so my buttercream wouldn’t melt but also wanted a way to still display my products instead of hiding them in a cooler. 📌 Go ahead and save this post real quick so you can come back to it. Don’t get me wrong, I still used my cooler to hold my back-stock. But I used a bakery display case to showcase the products I would actively be selling to my customers. The display case on its own wouldn’t have been enough so I made it “refrigerated” by adding in ice packs and a fan to circulate the cool air. I didn’t know if it was going to work at first, but I’m so glad IT DID. Not a single item melted. 🙌🏽 I break down the entire method along with everything I used on my blog. Just search the station bakery display on Google and it will come up! You can also get the exact display case I have with all my other farmers market set up supplies by scrolling to the bottom of my website and clicking Farmers Market Essentials! #microbakery #bakerymarketing #cakemarketing #homebakery #homebakerybusiness farmersmarkets farmersmarketdisplay
