Celeste went to D4vd’s Hollywood Hills home on April 23, 2025 and was never seen alive again. Her remains were discovered five months later in the front trunk of D4vd’s abandoned Tesla at a Hollywood tow yard in September 2025. On April 20, 2026, the LA County District Attorney charged Burke with first degree murder, sexual misconduct with a minor, and additional felony charges. Prosecutors allege he killed Celeste to protect his music career after she threatened to expose his conduct. The charges carry special circumstances of murder of a witness and financial gain meaning Burke could face the death penalty if convicted. Burke pleaded not guilty to all charges. His attorneys maintain that the evidence will prove he did not murder Celeste Rivas Hernandez. #d4vd
