I've been reading about astral projection for a while now, but it wasn't until I stumbled upon Hidden Astral Projection Techniques By Elira Starfall that I really started to understand the concept, the book is really well written and it's easy to follow, even for someone who is new to the subject.

no one will see this, but sometimes when I'm outside walking around, I can't tell whether I'm actually doing it or not, I keep thinking I'm dreaming and I disassociate my soul from my body some how, I don't feel like I'm walking but I can see it from my pov, I always think I'm in a coma and imagining all of it.
