@spicymoustache: Give your leftover rice a second life as protein chips. Combined with legumes, it creates a more complete protein profile. Pea 🫛 -150 x g leftover rice -90 x ml water -100 x g cooked peas(or any legume) -2 x tbsp chopped herbs (chives , -parsley ,coriander ..) -1 x garlic clove (optional) -1 x tbsp nutritional yeast (optional) -Frying Oil INSTRUCTIONS: -blend all ingredients (not the frying oil) until it’s perfectly smooth . -in between 2 baking paper sheets make a thin layer of the cream -dehydrate at 45/50C for 6-12 hours -when fully dried, brake in pieces (not too small) -bring the oil to a high temperature and fry each piece one at the time #chips #legumes #zerowaste #crispy #fyp
