every time I do laundry at my laundry mat I swear the soap rinses out before the machine gets to wash cycle. I've used pods and liquid soap and same thing it looks like just water when it's washing.

When the washing machines have too much detergent, have them buy a bottle of fabric softener and add it quickly. The fabric softener cuts through the detergent.

You could put out a couple of bins? maybe thin models on the wall? with a label on it that says used dryer sheets & trash. People probably werent tought how to do laundry. you could make a poster for detergent use, id focus on the cost saving with less detergent (avoid using the words right and wrong). and put an indication of quantity with a simple image on it. A big poster with all the meanings of laundryicons on clothes would be cool aswell. Love the clean look of your business!

One of those lil handheld blowers work great! Blow all those hairs and dryer sheets into a corner to sweep up❤️
