This is the most useless invention ever. your charger already doesn't charge your phone if the battery is full. The only way this would be helpful to you is if you buy some of the cheap $5 charging cables that dont have Electronic Marker chip on them. The Electronic Marker chip on decent charging cables already fixes this peoblem.
