It’s usually not covered by insurance. So I pay about $125 out of pocket for it every month. Unfortunately, I know that I’m blessed as not everyone can afford that. I wish insurance coverage would apply here, because I know not everyone can afford it out of pocket but deserve access to something that may help them!
