this happens when market opens fresh and you held your trade overweekend. the broker would be loaded so orders are delayed to be closed or can pass through your atoploss without closing

When trading big accounts, always have two different platforms open. E.G MetaTrader and Exness App or Webtrader. They might not be using the same servers.
