All of these are true. That being said, I've built, scaled and sold a LOT of enterprise sw over last few decades (financial services no less) and retrofitted all these features after landing big clients. As startup, get product market fit first. Someone wanting enough to buy your product that they even ask these questions, is a good problem to have for most early stage startups!

AI is a tool and your talking about it like it's an autonomous organization. If you instruct AI to bake in deeply scaled RBAC, Audit history and logging, RLS or data segregation etc, it will and can do it. The tool is only as good as the team using it.
