Not quite right. I think you misunderstood a little. Mislim definition in arabic means submission to God. Therefore they call everyone that submits to God is Muslim. Jesus submitted to God so they say Muslim by definition. They actually do believe Jesus was Jewish. Listen to the clear Quran. It is mind blowing. And on the other video you said about Jesus is from a virgin birth. Who is also Mary. She is also highly regarded in Islam. We are being told something totally different from what Islam is actually about. I wish more people would reach out and look. They would be very surprised.
