Fun fact, we use this in brewing to help clarify the beer! add it at the end of the boil to help drag the proteins down while fermenting!

I work in a health food store and nothing has caused me greater happiness than informing all the customers who were obsessed with me finding them carrageenan-free toothpastes and plants milks and whatever, that when they became obsessed with sea moss that it was the same thing. It's the small petty joys that keep me going
