cracks ain't made by the Mason but there some many factors that account for the cracks in building 1. soil type 2. sand use as mortar (when the sand contains too much dirt(soil/clay) it can lead to crack, may be he spoke to the owner on the sand but didn't listen or the driver brought the sand with clay cos of money 3. owner's part not met, may be the Mason told the owner to add additional materials but refused to, so what should the Mason do? 4. it could be that the owner isn't around and had someone who is eager for money and rushed putting up the structure 5. the one leading this might be the cause, filling must be kept for weeks before casting for good compacting to avoid blanket sand fault
