I’m sure you checked this but do you have a hose hooked to the wrong scv? Or try holding the lever one way for 5-10 seconds then the other and repeat to “phase” them. Thats the way Deere shit works anyways.

Why doesn’t that Morris self bleed like every other cultivator with rams plumbed in series? My Morris field cultivator (of what looks like a similar vintage of yours) are all hooked in series and when the rams fully extend they allow oil to flow through them to purge the next ram and so on. I’ve never seen a machine with that double ended ram. What purpose does it serve?
