when you're so close to the top and its single file. it looks like it's pretty slow going. if someone at the front of the queue is struggling for energy, oxygen, etc, and slows up the pace, would you patiently stay behind jeopardising your own attempt? what are the unwritten rules or etiquette behind a situation where you feel good, but by slowing down you could get cold use up your own oxygen supplies. if people are struggling, their own decision making might be off, are people happy to tell another climber to turn back?
