My artist actually uses bactine while tattooing so you’re not in as much pain as you possibly would be. It doesn’t relieve all the pain you experience but it makes things more comfortable.

I always check with my artist that they have other methods than second skin since I get rashes from second skin. Usually they use those black pads and the grip tape
