There’s no free housing or anything free. Every part of the package is compensation. Think of it as a pie, the agency will keep a certain %, and divide the rest to you. It will be broken down into taxable hrly, lodging/ meals stipend, license/ cert reimbursement and all. Be sure to take a fair hourly rate and not all stipends, though that’s where you make the money. Have fun!
