Bank a. is wiring $10 million to Bank b. they take US dollars converted to xrp goes on the bridge and then on the other side of the bridge the xrp is turned back into US dollars. where is that US dollars coming from? because that's the liquidity, not the xrp. there still has to be a supply of fiat currency somewhere to complete the transaction. the xrp is irrelevant for liquidity.
