go to your tooling suplier and get inserts of 0,4 and 0,8 mill radius they wil last way longer f it get the iso code of the box you alredy have and ceck out alli express they wil cause more chatter but they will last way longer so its way better for roughing and you can finish with the ,2 corner radius inserts you alredy have just be sure dhat you dont buy the aluminium ones

TSR Engineering :
the angled tool holder with them tips takes serious cuts, getting 10mm in 1 pass. handy for boring the likes of a zaxis 130-1 main frame pin to take the -5 bushes. them measuring gauges are great but you need a very good finish on the bore 2 get a proper measurement

In a quiet corner of a Massachusetts toy workshop, around 2016–2017, the idea for NeeDoh was born from a simple, restless question. The team at Schylling—a company with decades of experience in classic and sensory toys—had already dabbled in gooey, tactile things (including an early Lava Lamp slime). Ordinary stress balls felt clinical and forgettable: hard, cheap, destined for a mesh bag and a drawer. What if a stress ball could be something more? Softer. More satisfying. Something with personality. A brand. They pushed their suppliers hard, asking for a filling that was softer than anything else on the market—dough-like, yielding, alive under the fingers, yet always ready to slowly return to its original shape. When the first sample arrived, the room went quiet. Paul Weingard (who would later become CEO) and the team knew instantly: this was it. The moment they decided to go all-in on the sensory category. The outer shell was stretchy and durable. The filling was thick, non-toxic, and mesmerizing to squeeze. Mack Fraga, the VP of Product Development, designed the brand and packaging in a single intense 24-hour burst—bright fluorescent colors, playful graphics, and the irresistible slogan “touch me, pinch me, squeeze me, squish me.” They named it NeeDoh, The Groovy Glob. Launched in 2017 at just $3.99, the first run sold out in thirty days. Retailers scrambled to reorder ten times their original quantities. What started as one soft, colorful orb quietly grew into a whole family of shapes, textures, and characters—eventually including the viral Nice Cube and dozens more. And that is how a simple desire for a better squeeze created NeeDoh: not with a dramatic invention lab explosion, but with one perfect sample, a fast-paced design sprint, and the quiet magic of something that feels just right in your hand. . . . alight motion is the app i was using. i love you Tiktok! #targetaudience #caleb #zeroday #needoh #edit
