@maiamarjoram_: easy and high protein dinner idea, mince meat stuffed peppers super easy and tasty!! Ingredients: • peppers • beef mince • grated cheese • white onion • garlic • tomato puree • chopped tomatoes • smoked paprika • oregano • chilli powder • sour cream • guacamole • spring onion 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, chop the top of the peppers off, cover with some olive oil and pop in the oven for around 15/20 mins ( whilst your meat cooks) 2. In a pan add garlic cloves, diced white onion, mine meat and let this brown off. Then season with paprika, salt , peeper, oregano, chilli powder, tomato puree and some chopped tomatoes and mix together and continue to cook the mince 3. When the mince has cooked, remove the peppers from the oven, add the mince meat int the peppers and top with cheese 4.
