this is the goal fr 🫠 I wanted 3-5 day curls so bad but mine never held… either too dry or too heavy by day 2. I kept switching products and routines thinking that was the problem but nothing changed. it was exhausting. then I saw people talking about Eat Like a Woman Protocol written by (loren green) in a forum. I followed it and everything changed—curls last longer, feel healthy, and I dropped 28 lbs. worth it, why is no one talking about this

To the curl police saying you can force curls: Curls are structures in the hair follicles and shafts. Products don’t change the structure of the hair shaft. You can get bends, creases, and a scrunch look. But not curls like this. So the statement “products can curl straight hair” is only true if the hair already has some natural texture or curl to work with.

The part I never see that I NEED to see is literally the full blow drying/diffusing and then the beginning part before you break up the curls etc. Like I don’t care if it’s an hour long video. I don’t want cut scenes. I need to see the entire process because I can never get this end result
