I went to an ent appointment today and they said that the way my deviated septum is, expansion wouldn't help, is that a thing that can happen or should I seek another opinion, I frequently have a lot of nasal congestion almost all of the time too, I have a very bad deviated septum

So I saw an airway dentist due to night time clenching/mouth breathing/neck and shoulder tension and now TMJ issues. I am getting a splint, saw an ENT that says I have a severe deviated septum/bone spur/huge turbinates and nasal valve collapse. Surgery then myofunctional therapy. Sound reasonable?

I am actually getting septo next months, though I had it done before (5years ago) and now its deviated again. The thing is that it’s hard to get this under insurance in the netherlands

What if the costum MARPE didnt help with my sleep? My doctor did everything correctly had a 8.4mm expansion and I reaped the benefits of breathing better nasally but still get really bad sleep.
