If the early investors were in a position where they HAD to sell their shares anyway, and they did make a profit at point of sale, I don’t get what their ideal alternate outcome would’ve been besides holding onto their shares to exploit them even more? What you failed to mention that the law changed AFTER the IPO. At the time of the initial sale from the early investors, there was no law directing disclosure of certain things.

Whatever it is Bang Sihyuk *pocketed the money* to expand it's footing in America while those investors are only interested in making more money. No concern abt the company. A layman like me supports that Bang Sihyuk shld b the biggest shareholder of the company becos he created it. Based on watching Korean drama I think the initial investor got greedy or demanding or intrusive that's why Mr bang look for other investor so that he can expand his company. IPOs are very difficult to time. Most companies talk about an IPO’s but NEVER go public. IPO depends on huge markets shares meaning usually realized based on strong market desires. Like there is NO WAY anyone knew BTS was going g to hit Billboard 100. Most likely this event is what caused the IPO to go public due to the huge hype. If NTS failed making it to the charts at number one as long as they did I doubt the IPO would have gone public.
