What works is what u eat!! I can not eat foods that will trigger my neuropathy and have no pain and no pain at sleeping!! I tryed the cream! No difference, for me. Try no sodas and sweets and alit o water!! I feel better.

alpha lipoic acid(ALA) works. Also, for that sugar in the blood, take cinnamon tabs. Just make sure you have something on your stomach and drink 10-12 ounces of water. For the last 3+ years no tingling or numbing symptoms.
