@alexis.icarus: Here, another full day of eating for me. Everything I eat is fresh, natural, whole, and unprocessed. Most of my food comes from local markets rather than big supermarkets. Wherever I am, I always try to buy from local markets when I can, you get better quality food, fewer pesticides for fruit, and overall a much better product. And on top of that, you’re supporting your local farmers and workers instead of big corporations and mass production. This is the diet that makes me feel and look my best, as well as perform at my best in the gym. It’s also the one I enjoy the most. You shouldn’t stick to a diet that you don’t enjoy. So many gym influencers are eating chicken and rice all the time and eating so much processed food. First of all, that’s not tasty, they have insanely bad digestion and most importantly they don’t get all of the nutrients, micronutrients, vitamins, and minerals that their body needs to be healthy. So you should try to eat more like your grandparents were eating back in the day than your average gym goer right now. That’s why I’m showing you that you can have a crazy physique naturally without having a boring diet while still getting all of your nutrients in.
