Because Russia is a democracy where no one is allowed to stay in power for 25 years or so, no journalist has ever been punished for exposing the truth, and a left-wing, progressive place where minorities, women, lgbtq are respected and multiculturalism is celebrated?? There are some far right groups and problematic factions in Ukraine but in no way does that mean their government is fascist or does it justify the invasion.
