This happened to my daughter last week. She reported her manager formally after months of trying to deal with it informally. They fired her 72 hours later. She found an attorney the next day, and has a very strong case. It was an extremely toxic job then I’m glad she’s done with, and I hope her Settlement lets her go back to school.🥰

What if they deny you a raise after eliminating your position from union status? Example: they give a raise for all non union employees, retroactive to March 1st, but you had to be non union as of January first. The verdict of the unit clarification was January 27th.
