Happened to me, All types of retaliation…even while at the same time, EEOC was handling my claim, while I was still employed, they fired me…EEOC HAD MY CASE A YR. And didn’t help me💔 only offered my Job bk, after being se..ually harassed for 3yrs

I got laid off during maternity leave 10 weeks post partum due to a restructuring. Spoke with an attorney and they said I had no case.

This happened to my daughter last week. She reported her manager formally after months of trying to deal with it informally. They fired her 72 hours later. She found an attorney the next day, and has a very strong case. It was an extremely toxic job then I’m glad she’s done with, and I hope her Settlement lets her go back to school.🥰

What if they deny you a raise after eliminating your position from union status? Example: they give a raise for all non union employees, retroactive to March 1st, but you had to be non union as of January first. The verdict of the unit clarification was January 27th.

What about asking for PTO for a plan vacation. It got approved and then forgot it got approved and said it didn’t and then changed their mind but they provided a company phone and the proof is on the phone that they have.

Does this also work with temp agency’s as well. My husband reported an issue with a supervisor for conflict of interest. 2days later he got a text stating not to come back to the property in until they reach out went ghost called multiple times to get information no one would tell us anything then got a email asking why he never finished his assignment when he replied to the email and went ghost again this went on for atleast 6 months and he went without pay until he found another job now is blacklisted from working from this company.
