Let sit for 5 minutes. 2️⃣ Knead the dough, then add butter and salt. Knead until smooth. 3️⃣ Cover and let rise until doubled. 4️⃣ Divide into 4 pieces, shape and roll out. For the patties: • 500 g ground beef • salt & black pepper • 1 onion, grated Mix everything, shape patties and cook on high heat until browned. For the sauce: • 2 tbsp mayonnaise • 1 tbsp ketchup • 1 tbsp mustard • 2 pickles, finely chopped Baking: Brush with egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 180°C (fan) for 20–25 minutes until golden.
