Our Bakers cultivate wild yeast, work with sourdough, liquid and stiff rye dough starters, and use a 24-hour fermentation process for deep, complex flavours. And over half of our breads are hearth breads, baked directly on the floor of our stone ovens, which creates a rustic crust and airy, well-risen loaves. Made with simple ingredients and no preservatives, our selection ranges from dark, earthy ryes and tangy sourdoughs to tender whites and crusty specialty loaves. All wholesome and delicious.
