Can LPR be triggered by a pill getting stuck in the throat. I got a pill stuck over two weeks ago. My throat burned for about 4 days and then it got better. Since then I’m having worsening symptoms of LPR. Globus feeling, super dry mouth and throat, having to sleep at an incline, trouble swallowing. I had a CT and that was clear. I’ve had GERD for years but since this pill incident this sounds like LPR. And if it was caused by that, does that make it more likely to clear up after a while of lifestyle change and meds?
