People, please listen. Look up the books by Allen Carr. Totally helped me with drinking. It didn’t make me quit, but made me realize many things about drinking. I simply lost all desire to drink. Just quit after drinking all my life. I just had enough. 16 months 💪🏽

Well said. Found the same for me just wanted the silence and escape. Figured out it comes from the normal being substance in your life that pushes you to make excuses to make it ok. The other is the fact that we aren’t shown how to deal with our emotions properly and it’s ok to feel that way. We don’t have to fix it but simple feel and understand it.
