What about with those along with POTS, would Straterra be recommended? I’m prescribed Straterra for my diagnosed ADHD by my PCP, but with my tachycardia from POTS my cardiologist said hold off.

I get PEM in the flavor of huge POTS flares where I can’t even sit up without starting to black out. Any symptoms like this/ if so, does it help that too!?

I found similar with Wellbutrin (is also affects norepinephrine and dopamine) for depression and found it great for energy too, but it absolutely made my short term memory worse and I had to go off it. How is strattera with memory?

Strattera helped me feel more relaxed, less shoulder muscle tension, more stress resistent. It upped my liver levels so I switched to a different snri clonidine. Works a little less well but it does the job. I have adhd so I had it for that at first but I could definitely feel the effect on my ME/cfs
