I was with someone for 5 yrs and we were just talking about marriage and her moving back from Cali to start a life with me and my daughter. Then over a two day weekend she decided she wanted to date someone else and broke up with me. Now she says she loves him and is thinking of moving in with him, but she never wants to loose me from her life and wants me to still be her cats Dad. She refuses to send back any of my stuff including the promise necklace I sent to her after we broke up. She wants me to visit her at some point this year when she’s ready for me to visit. I feel so freaking lost and that I’ve lost the person I’ve talked to and thought I was going to have a life with. Someone that I loved almost more than anyone other then my daughter. Someone I talked to every single day. Someone that I would have given everything to. I hate life so much right now. We have been talking almost everyday during the weekdays because she’s at his place on the weekend. She still wants us to work on our foundation and have a solid foundation before we can ever get back together this last Wednesday. She told me this last Friday that she wants me to come visit her and bring my kiddo so we can al spend a week doing things together, but not until she’s ready for us to do this. There’s no time frame at the moment though. She started to also talk about we doing things or referring to my movie collection as ours and we need more of these types of movies. Started talking about how good I treat all three of my girls ( her, my daughter, and my dog the she calls her daughter). I’m so confused right now. She wants to keep working on rebuilding a foundation to be strong before we can get back together.
