@cookwithhali: Cheese Egg Pide (Soft & Easy) Ingredients * 300 g flour (about 2½ cups) * 240 g lukewarm water (1 cup) * 1 tsp yeast * 1 tsp salt * 2 tbsp oil Instructions 1. Mix water with yeast, add flour and mix, then add salt and oil and coil fold until the dough absorbs the oil. Transfer your dough to an oiled bowl, cover, and let it rest for 2 hours. 2. Put your dough onto a floured surface, fold it, then turn it and cover for 10 minutes. Divide by 2, flatten each one, add mozzarella cheese on the sides and close it. Then add more cheese in the center, crack 1 egg in each, and cover again with mozzarella cheese. 3.
