This works well with text too! I work in sales for home service companies so it’s a little different im calling after they haven’t moved forward with work so we’ve already gotten permission for texting when they booked the job but anyway, the less you say the better! I use a service that does drip campaign automation and everyday at the same time 300+ people get a text from me saying hey this is name with company, I just tried to call you, do you have a sec? And it’s dropped with a no ring missed call and vmail but the vmail says nothing other than it’s my name with company give me a call back when you can and people call back bc they’re like what are you calling me for? Then I start with a “happy check” and try to isolate their objection and close the job they initially declined
